Computers do affect eyesight

see textImage via WikipediaImage via WikipediaAccording to a news report, staring at a computer for extended duration can cause a vision problem called Presbyopia.

Presbyopia is a condition where the eye gradually loses its ability to focus on close objects and normally diagnosed in people over 40 years.

However, ophthalmologists’ say that nowadays they are finding increasing numbers of younger people affected by near vision or Prebyopia.

Though it is not an affliction to be dreaded ophthalmologists say it is better for computer users to rest their eyes for 3 minutes every half-hour. They also recommend eating dark colored vegetables to enhance vision.
