Users having restricted access to the internet can now access internet content through the ‘web-in-mail’ service offered by Rediff.

The 'webinmail' lets you browse the internet without a browser. It works like this; instead of a browser, open an email client; send an email to browse@webinmail.com with the URL that you want to access in the subject line. You will get a reply with the web page in your inbox. In the email you receive if you click one of the links a new email is started which will also be sent to Rediff to grab the linked page.
