A healthier recipe

Pat Brinkman, Extension Educator and Cheryle Jones Syracuse, Extension Educator at Ohio State University Extension has created a fact sheet that indicates ways to decrease fat, calories, sugar and salt in everyday recipes.

 

They have also provided ways to increase fiber content for more nutritious intake.
